Return & Refund Policy
Returns (HOUSEHOLD)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Item(s) must be returned with all original packaging, parts, and accessories.
- Return Authorization will be valid for 7 calendar days from the day issued.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns and all freight is non-refundable.
Returns (COMMERCIAL)
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Damaged product must be noted on freight bill of lading prior to accepting the order. Take a photograph of damage and send to returns@happykitchenplace.com with the additional requirements below.
Damaged or missing inventory must be reported to returns@happykitchenplace.com within 24 hours of receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Cancellations:
Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.
